Come visit and drink at the Hollander Distillery!
Hollander Distillery is a family distillery located in the mountains of Jerusalem that specializes in the production of alcoholic beverages made from local raw materials.
In our distillery we produce two types of beverages
Schnapps – a classic European alcoholic beverage extracted from fresh fruit without added sugar or flavorings. The drink is characterized by a high percentage of alcohol, a clean and smooth taste with delicate aromas of the fruit.
Liqueurs – an alcoholic beverage with sweetness, produced from the distillation of the fruit and natural fruit concentrates, in a variety of surprising and unique flavors.
The winery was founded in 1998 out of a childhood dream of the vinedresser and winemaker Avi Yehuda. The winery produces quality dry red wines with careful and precise cultivation in the Judean Mountains. The wines are aged for 24 months in barrels of fine French oak.
Tourist winery emphasizing the Judean region.
All wines are sold at the visitor center only.
With advance registration, wine workshops can be held at the winery, under the guidance of Avi Yehuda, which emphasize the uniqueness of the Judean Mountains region.
The visitor center is open to the public:
